About ROne
Roots of Northeast
Kokrajhar, Assam
School ERP, attendance hardware, apps and marketing
Since 2019 · Serving Assam
We started ROne to replace the paper registers, disconnected spreadsheets and manual reports that still run most schools in Northeast India, with software that works here. The goal: every school in the Northeast should track attendance, manage fees, file compliance reports and talk to parents from one system that does not fall over when the internet does.
How we got here
2019
The beginning
Started in Kokrajhar with one goal: replace the paper registers and disconnected spreadsheets still running most schools in the region.
2020
First deployment
Deployed our first full ERP system for schools in Kokrajhar.
2021
AI attendance
Introduced facial recognition attendance and analytics.
2022
RFID gates
Shipped long-range RFID gate attendance: up to 12-metre read range, 100,000-record offline storage, parent SMS alerts.
2023
Across Assam
Schools and colleges beyond Kokrajhar, across Assam.
2024
Platform rebuild
Rebuilding the ERP from scratch: faster, modular, better offline support, ready for the hardware schools ask for.
“The ERP changed how we run the school. Student records, attendance, and grades are all in one place. When something goes wrong, the support team actually picks up the phone.”
How we work
Built for here
Attendance hardware and ERP that work in Northeast India, patchy internet and long power cuts included. Not generic software repurposed for the region.
Your data stays yours
256-bit AES encryption, multi-factor login and DPDP Act 2023-aware handling. Student and biometric records stay on institution-owned infrastructure.
Keeps running
99.9% uptime. Gate hardware carries a 48-hour battery, so attendance still gets recorded when the power goes at 2 PM on a Tuesday.
